Reserve your housing for Fall 2024
To reserve housing, students can access the 房地产门户网站 within their MyCSC. Select "Reserve 住房" and the term to begin the process based on the information below.

Request same room for Fall 2024
Opens Monday, January 8th at 10:00 a.m. MT and ends March 20th at midnight MT.
Students who do not participate in 空间更新 will forego priority of their current room space. Students who are unsure of their plans are encouraged to participate in room renewal to ensure a space is reserved, with the exception of students in Kent Hall.

Graduates and Seniors: Opens March 20th at 10 a.m. MT

Not living on campus for Fall 2024?
Eligible students may complete the housing cancellation form within the 房地产门户网站. Please note that students that have not met the four semester requirement and don't qualify as an independent living student are not eligible to cancel. Below is a schedule of cancellation deadlines and penalties:

住房 Reservation
住房 reservation for incoming freshmen and transfers for Fall of 2024 opens Monday, October 2nd at 10 am MT.
Students may navigate to the 房地产门户网站 from the CSC Website or within MyCSC to complete their housing reservation. 住房 reservations are considered complete upon receipt of a $50.00 non-refundable fee.
住房 assignments and preferences are based on reservation dates. Please review the calendar below for the timeline and priority for room selection based on the completed reservation date. Please note returning on-campus residents will complete room renewal during the spring semester.
